Anna
Hi! My name is Anna, (as if you hadn't already figured that out) and I'm sixteen.
I love to write, and I love God, so it made sense to write from a Christian perspective. I felt called to do just that at around 13, and here we are.
The reasons I started this website was because I had written a book, one against evolution, but was unable to publish it. But I knew I couldn't just let it sit there and grow dust. . . I had to get it out there! Without the resources to publish on paper, my next option was to publish online. And. . . here we are!
Since and during that realization, my faith was taken to a whole new level. Up until my teen years, I was one of those typical "Christian" kids who had been raised going to church and praying before dinner. I even prayed privately before bed and often remembered to read my Bible in the morning. I completely believed in God.
However, it hasn't been until recently that the words: "If anyone would come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me" (Luke 9:23) really hit me.
So. . . here we are. Though I first made this website because of my little evolution book, it's now become something quite different. I'm hoping to rewrite that book soon, since let's face it- it could use some polishing. But even so, the first and foremost purpose of this site is to share God's love and grace, and teach the importance of being VARIANT. I'm truly excited to see what God has, is, and will do, whatever that may be!
Thus, here we are. I hope you will find this site not only encouraging and uplifting, but also strengthening to your faith.
God bless!

Hello friends! I'm fifteen years old and a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and God. I'm finding that God has a plan for every one of us, what I'm also finding is that I need to be following that plan. When Anna asked me if I would like to join her in contributing to this website, I gave her a heartfelt yes because I felt that was part of God's plan for me.
This past year my father received a job offer to being a pastor . . . of five churches. We uprooted ourselves from our eight year old home and moved six hours away. You would think that it was one of the worst things that happened to me, but God has definitely showed that He had a plan when He brought us to where we are. I am so happy here in my new home and am so glad that God led my family here. But even after moving and becoming a pastoral family, I just wasn't feeling like I was doing all that God wanted me to do.
Well, when Anna invited me to join her I felt God telling me that He wanted me to do it. It was just the thing that I needed to move out of my spiritual standstill. I can't wait for what God will do.
